PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Presentations should be 40 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion, for a total of 45 minutes.
- Presentations should be educational, informative, and relevant to educational facilities professionals.
- No company- or brand-specific sales presentations will be accepted.
- Product examples may be discussed when they are relevant to an educational topic, case study, or broader facilities-management strategy.
- Presentations should provide attendees with practical knowledge, innovative approaches, lessons learned, or strategies they can apply within their own institutions.
Presenter Information
Each proposal should include:
- Full name and title
- Institution or company
- Phone number
- Email address
- Brief biography (100 words maximum)
- Proposed presentation title

Program proposals are due no later than December 18, 2026.

Presenters whose proposals are selected will be notified by February 1st, 2027.
Selected speakers must register for the MSAPPA 2027 Conference and are responsible for all expenses incurred in conjunction with the conference, including registration, lodging, and travel.
Specific speaking dates and times for accepted proposals will be assigned and communicated at a later date.
